Playtest Launch Notes

CNSD Reborn entered public playtest on 13 August 2026 as the official rework of Combat Noobs Siege Defense. The Roblox title still says PLAYTEST. The universe was created 14 September 2025, then sat in shorts and leaks until sebe opened the door. This page is the launch note the Roblox description refuses to write.

The embedded video is Cosmic’s advanced tutorial for original CNSD. It is here as a combat baseline: the old game already wanted you to play dummy bodies like fighters. Reborn leans even harder into that by printing melee, block, Awaken, sprint, and shiftlock on the store page and by citing Jujutsu Shenanigans next to Skibidi Toilet Siege Defense as inspirations. Watch the tutorial for posture, then use Reborn binds from the controls guide.

What shipped on day one

  • 15-player Action / Battlegrounds servers
  • Dummy-versus-noob wave loop
  • Official combat binds on the description
  • Playtester badge: Wave 25 before Update #1
  • A thin roster (starter dummies plus Dummy Titan line) compared with original’s Clock/Screen zoo
  • Skill-tree and starter-pack leaks already in community videos before launch (sword, laser gun, Bloxy Cola)
  • Destruction-leaning maps; Wasteland and lobby names persist from the old wiki

What did not ship as a full original recreation: a complete titan mall, a Trello, voice chat, camera support, or a codes UI anyone can screenshot. That is why this wiki’s codes hub is honest and empty.

Why Reborn exists

Original CNSD lived at place 14301042873, took tens of millions of visits, then died in the usual Roblox way: creator account bans, “ban evading with alts” drama, lost motivation, a cancelled Reborn, then a second Reborn after the sebe account situation. Owner Q&A from 2024 already listed units he wanted (dual rocket, screen dummy, magnet noob, smart noob, Mech 2.0) and said the project was a hobby. Reborn is that hobby, rebuilt. Credits on the live page name Pot, WThappened, Bonnie, and ma1 beside sebe. The tagline “To You, Few Years From Now.” is still on the description.

Progress from the discontinued place should be treated as gone. Comments across sneak peeks agree morphs will not transfer. Gamepasses are a maybe. Check the live shop, not a Discord screenshot from 2024.

What to do this week

  1. Learn binds. Controls.
  2. Buy a real dummy. Starter rankings.
  3. Push Wave 25 before the numbered patch.
  4. Ignore Clock Titan rumors until the roadmap moves them to live.

Launch weeks on Roblox are shutdown-heavy. If the place is down, wait. If it is up, play. The advanced tutorial in the middle of this article is a reminder that the skill ceiling was always the dummy in your hands, not the morph in the thumbnail.

For a softer onboarding, the beginner guide is the child page you actually want after this history lesson.

What the launch does not include

No Trello. No official Discord we will stamp as live. No voice chat. No camera. No promise that original badges (Beat Minos Noob, Beat Hard Siege Defense) still exist. Those were the discontinued place’s trophy shelf. Reborn’s shelf starts at Playtester.

Maps named Lobby and Wasteland persist in community docs. The overview screenshot on this wiki is official art of a dummy beside a green pickup, which matches the car leak from the Reborn cycle. Treat it as flavor, not as a driving simulator. If the car is even enterable in your session, it is a toy, not a Wave 25 strategy.

Like ratio on Creator Exchange hovered around 70% during the first two weeks with a bit over a million visits. That is a healthy playtest, not a finished live-ops machine. Expect balance to lurch. Expect a dummy you bought on Thursday to feel different on Saturday. Log it on the updates hub when it happens, then go back to counting M1s.

If you arrived from a search for “is CNSD coming back,” yes, as a playtest, on a new ID. Send the Roblox link, then this page, then the controls card. Do not send a 2024 Clock Titan price list.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers players ask during the playtest.

Is the playtest the full game?

No. The Roblox title still says PLAYTEST and the roster is limited. Treat it as early access, not a finished 1.0.

Why show an original-game tutorial?

Reborn has little long-form teaching footage. The old advanced tutorial still explains dummy combat posture.

Did the original game shut down for good?

The original place is discontinued. Reborn is the replacement universe, not a reopen of the old ID.

Who developed the playtest?

sebe (DaNotSebee) under sebe's realm, with animation and model credits listed on the Roblox page.
