CNSD Reborn Dummy class explained
The bodies you actually play before a titan morph.
If titans are the poster, dummies are the game. CNSD Reborn spawns you as a Roblox R6 dummy in a jacket and tie because the original Combat Noobs joke is cameramen versus toilets. This page is the class notebook: appearance, job in a 15-player siege, and what we will not pretend to know. The embedded video is Cosmic’s original CNSD guide — original-game footage used as role context, not as Reborn patch notes.
Dummy (starter)
Beige head, purple shirt, gray jacket, tie. Original data: punch for 15 damage, weakest character, the body you get when you click Normal and nothing changes. Reborn keeps that energy. Use Dummy to learn the four-hit melee string, F block, and shiftlock. Then spend coins. Staying here during the Playtester window is a challenge run. Starter rankings put Dummy in D for a reason.
Heavy
The door. Bigger hurtbox, slower walk, the person who stands on the street and does not fold. If your lobby has zero Heavies, you will leak. Block is not optional. Awaken is a lane reset, not a clip. Skill-tree HP nodes love this body. Buy Heavy first when the shop allows and nobody else did. See getting started for the coin order.
Jetpack
The rotator. You exist because 15-player pubs cannot hold two lanes. Boost to the scream, clean the pack, go home. Shiftlock on or you will melee the sky. If you bought Jetpack to never touch the ground, you bought an emote. Come down and punch.
Laser Cannon Dummy
Range. For players whose M1s still miss, or for backline cover while Heavy holds. Friendly fire into a teammate’s back is a ban-from-my-heart offense, not a Roblox ban. Watch your beam. Cannon is A-tier utility, not a license to AFK on a rooftop.
Rocket Dummy
Splash. Clustered noobs are the design. Rockets are how Wave 12 stops being a blender. Original Dual Rocket kits were already a personality type; Reborn’s rocket dummy is that job with new VFX. Do not splash your Heavy. Do not splash yourself. If you want numbers, we do not have official splash radius — play the first rocket as if the danger zone is larger than the explosion looks.
Imposter
Gimmick kit. The name is the hint. Until playtest footage shows a stable kit, treat Imposter as B-tier and optional. Do not buy it as your only body before Wave 25. If you main it anyway, record what the kit actually does and expect this page to grow.
Heavy Screen Dummy and Photo / Pipe
Heavy Screen Dummy is the Screen-class foothold: disruption, presence, TV-men energy from the parody. Glitched Dual Metal Pipe Dummy is the Photo-class meme with a pipe that DaNotSebee cannot stop shorting. Both are real names on the community roster. Both are secondary purchases. Musician dummy remains TBA; do not add it to your mental shop.
Shared rules
Every dummy uses the same official binds. Titans do too. The difference is size, splash, and whether your Awaken is a slap or a cutscene. Read controls and how to Awaken once, then stop looking for a hidden extra key.
Enemy noobs (Magnet, Smart, Mech 2.0 in old Q&A wishes) are not dummy class. You fight them; you do not unlock them as skins unless sebe says so in a patch. Track enemy names on the updates hub.
When Musician and Photo get full kits, this article splits. Until then, buy Heavy or Rocket, learn to block, and leave the metal pipe for after the badge.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers players ask during the playtest.
Which dummy should a new player main?
Heavy or Rocket Dummy. Starter Dummy is a tutorial body. Imposter is a later toy.
Is the embedded guide for Reborn?
It is original CNSD. Roles still map; shop prices and maps may not. Use it for jobs, not for exact coin costs.
Does Dummy get stronger with the skill tree?
Yes, but not enough to beat a real class. Spend the first coins on a body, then on skill tree nodes.
Are Screen and Musician playable now?
Heavy Screen Dummy is named. Musician is TBA. Check the live shop and the roadmap.
